That single piece of feedback defined the rally experience for Roosevelt students—until we asked, what if you could?​

 

Our mission at Eleanor Roosevelt High School was clear: elevate standard performances into immersive spectacles that a 5,000-person audience could actually see and experience.​ We brought the action to the crowd using image magnification (iMAG). By running a four-camera multicam system (two stationary, two wireless), we broadcast dynamic, up-close angles of the performers directly to the big screens. Finally, every single student had the best seat in the house.

Behind the scenes, we streamlined the entire production. Our seamless show management tech and live confidence monitors provided student operators with precise timing and critical stage cues, ensuring a flawless event from start to finish.​

This event came together really fast. We were brought in just six days before the Duarti Family's graduation celebration to build a full-scale production from the ground up. With a family-focused, invitation-only format and a ballroom packed with loved ones, this wasn't your typical ceremony. It was a show - and it needed to feel like one. We had two hours to setup and bring in all of our gear, so we spent hours pre-planning to orchestrate and execute an efficient setup.

KingKaden Media provided full live video coverage, directing a multi-camera stream from a central control station with a live-switched program feed displayed on large TVs around the venue. A custom-curated music and audio system brought energy to the celebration, whilst also extending the in-house DJ's audio to the entire venue.

Despite the tight turnaround, the result was a seamless, professional experience that elevated the meaning of a "family event". Weather you were there in person or tuning in from across the world in Kenya, this was a graduation worth remembering. 

The 2025 eSTEM Stole Ceremony wasn’t just a graduation—it was a full-scale production. As the culminating event for the Class of 2025, this ceremony called for more than a basic setup.

 

KingKaden Media reimagined the experience from the ground up, turning it into a polished, professional production. In past years, students on upper floors watched with obstructed views and struggled to hear. This time, we solved that with strategically placed LED TVs streaming a live multi-camera feed and a distributed audio system featuring over 10 speakers and Line Array coverage—ensuring clear sound across the entire campus.

 

We introduced eSTEM’s first-ever live stream, reaching over 100 virtual attendees, and paired it with a fully custom graphic package, seamless transitions, and a show flow built for impact. With less than two weeks until their event, Division 15 South’s Key Club came to us in a panic. They had promised their members a movie night—but had no idea how to make it happen.

That’s where KingKaden Media stepped in. In just one hour, we transformed their space into a fully themed, custom-curated event experience. From immersive branding elements to crystal-clear, room-filling sound powered by QSC, every detail was designed for impact.

Roosevelt High School's Class Council came to us with a vision, to host the biggest student-run event that the campus had ever seen. KingKaden Media took that vision and brought it to live with the newest audio/visual equipment from JBL, QSC, and other vendors.

Guests enjoyed a magical movie experience on a massive, 20-foot screen complete with snowfall that transformed the event space into a winter wonderland. The atmosphere was further elevated with custom-designed, pre-programmed lighting that added an extra layer of enhancement to the evening.

Each performance and part of the event featured a pre-programmed lighting sequence that we created with pre-visualizations for to share with our client and then brought to life with huge trusses and super bright moving lights.

Every year, eSTEM Academy holds a ceremony to honor the hard work of their senior students. This year's event was elevated by KingKaden Media, as we brought a new level of quality through our exceptional show construction and setup featuring QSC Speakers.

We enhanced the ceremony with seamless transition music and pre-recorded announcements to fill gaps between speakers. Additionally, we implemented our speaker time software on stage, ensuring the event ran smoothly and punctually. If this is something that you need for your event, let us know! 

The Sophomore and Freshmen Class Councils from Eleanor Roosevelt High came together to host their first-ever Christmas event, and KingKaden Media was there to elevate the experience. The evening began with a warm welcome and delicious Crumbl Cookies, while holiday music played through our high-fidelity QSC speakers and subwoofers.

To enhance the festive atmosphere, we started with a pre-show where snow fell from the sky using our snow machines as the crowd sang Christmas carols, seamlessly cued by our show computers.
